How to Grant Access to Meta Ads Manager

How to do it?
To effectively manage your ads on Facebook and Instagram, we need access to your Business Manager, ad account, and, if necessary, your Facebook Page. Here’s the exact procedure:
What we’ll need:
Our Business Manager ID: 123456789012345
You must have your own Meta Business Manager: https://business.facebook.com
You must be an admin in your Business Manager

Step by step
1. Sign in to Business Manager
Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings and log in.
2. Go to Business Settings
Navigate to Business Settings.
3. Add our agency as a partner
On the left, click Users > Partners.
Click Add.
4. Enter our Business Manager ID
Enter our Business ID: 123456789012345
Click Next.
5. Select what to share
Ad Account
Choose the ad account you want to share.
Grant Manage campaigns or Admin access.Facebook Page
If we also manage the page, select it and grant access: Create Ads / Publish Posts / Admin as needed.Pixel / Catalog / Instagram account (if applicable)
6. Confirm and submit
Click Save Changes.
Make sure:
Share the ad account, not just the page – without it, we cannot run campaigns.
