CASE STUDY · SLOVKARTON
We wrapped it up right
For Slovkarton, a cardboard packaging manufacturer from Michalovce, we designed a B2B website where businesses find the type of box they need and send an inquiry for it right away.

The client and the brief
SLOVKARTON, s.r.o. has been making cardboard packaging from 3- and 5-ply corrugated board since 2003. The range includes flap boxes, die-cut shapes, shipping boxes, and boxes for drinks and alcohol, pizza and pastries. On top of that, they make separator pads, partitions and packaging built exactly to customer specifications.
Their customers are businesses. They don’t need a shopping cart or sale prices – they need to find out quickly whether Slovkarton can make the packaging they’re looking for and who to contact. So the website wasn’t meant to sell. It was meant to cut the path from “this is what I need” to an inquiry down to as few clicks as possible.
What we designed
A light, airy design with photos of the production hall and finished packaging. The hero introduces the company and immediately shows its ISO 9001:2015 certificate – an important signal for a corporate buyer before they even start reading.
We split the range into clear tiles by packaging type. Each one has its own Request a quote button. Below the range is a “Why should you choose us?” section with three short arguments – speed, professionalism and price – and the call to action “I want to work with you!”
A key piece of the puzzle is the team. Instead of an anonymous “contact us” form, the website shows real people, their roles and their direct phone numbers and emails: sales and production technology, customer care, administration and invoicing. That way, customers know right away who to call.

How the website works
The website runs on WordPress with Elementor, so a new packaging type can be added as another tile and subpage.
- A subpage for every packaging type. Flap boxes, die-cut shapes, boxes and shipping cartons, and boxes for drinks, pizza and pastries each have their own page.
- Inquiries right next to the product. Every subpage has a “Send us your inquiry” form (first name, last name, email, phone, description). That way, the sales rep gets inquiries tied to a specific packaging category.
- People with direct contacts. The Our Team section lists phone numbers and emails for specific staff members.
- Gallery and EU project. A photo gallery and a separate page about a project co-funded by the European Union.
- Billing details in the footer. The company registration number, tax ID and other details business customers need to place an order are always at hand.
- Mobile. On a phone, the packaging tiles stack one below the other, and the inquiry button stays with each one.

The result
Slovkarton has a website that introduces its production, shows its packaging types and collects inquiries right next to specific products. Business customers find what they’re looking for, see the quality certificate and know who they’ll be dealing with.
