CASE STUDY · VODOTERM
Everything under one roof – online, too
For Vodoterm, a family business in Bardejov, we built a website that brings a plumbing supply center, a bathroom studio and Dalno kitchens together in one clear offer – and sends people planning a new bathroom or kitchen straight to the showroom.
The client and the brief
VODOTERM s.r.o. is a family business from Bardejov that has been operating since 1992. At Duklianska 1377 it has a plumbing supply center with materials for water, heating and gas, a bathroom studio and an authorized Dalno Kitchens studio, all under one roof. On top of that, it offers on-site bathroom measuring, 3D designs, post-warranty service and a Geberit AquaClean partnership.
Having so many services in one place is an advantage for customers. On a website, though, it can easily turn into chaos. So the job was clear: show the full range of the business while quickly getting every visitor to the next step – a showroom appointment, a custom design or the right phone number.
What we designed
We put the company’s main message in the headline right at the start: “Bathrooms, kitchens and installations, everything under one roof.” Above it is a label with the founding year and address; below it, a short text and two buttons – book a showroom appointment or see the services.
The colors come from the logo. The dark blue top bar carries the opening hours, phone number and email, so visitors don’t have to look for them. Orange highlights the word “everything” in the headline and, above all, the buttons – the things visitors are supposed to do.
The website runs on WordPress with Elementor, but the pages, header and footer are built as custom HTML and CSS blocks. That means the design isn’t limited by a ready-made template, and every section is designed to fit.
How the website works
- Services and products in drop-down menus. Post-warranty service, bathroom measuring, 3D design, Geberit AquaClean. Products are split into water, heating and gas, pumps, bathrooms and sanitary ware, tiles and flooring, and kitchens.
- 3D bathroom design. A dedicated page explains that customers will see the materials, colors and layout before any work begins.
- Showroom appointment booking. Customers choose what they’re interested in (bathroom, Dalno kitchen or a general tour), pick a date and time, and leave their contact details. The company then confirms the appointment by phone or email.
- A no-obligation design on every page. Above the footer is a short form where visitors choose what they need – a new bathroom, a new kitchen, advice or another question.
- Where to find us. A map of the showroom, a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 29 Google reviews, and a Navigate button.
- Contacts by department. The footer has a separate phone number and email for the plumbing supply center, the bathroom studio and the kitchen studio.
- Mobile. On a phone, the phone number and email stay at the top, the menu tucks into an icon, and the main booking button sits right below the headline.
The result
Vodoterm has a website that tells customers everything the company does and immediately offers the next step: book an appointment, request a design or call the department that can help. Dalno kitchens and promotions each have their own page, so the offers don’t compete with each other.
